RHINE CLASSICS is an independent classical music label, founded in 2016. The operational headquarters and the entire production chain are based in Taiwan. The Artistic Direction, audio remastering and graphic design are made in Italy.
RIGHTSRHINE CLASSICS claims all rights arising from copyright law and competition law in relation to research, compilation and re-mastering of the original audio tapes, as well as the publication of these takes. Violations will be prosecuted.
We have made every attempt to clear rights for all material presented in our releases. Should you nonetheless believe that we have accidentally infringed your rights, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues immediately.
RECORDINGS
RHINE CLASSICS historical releases are based, except where indicated, on the original tapes from broadcasting archives. In general these are digital copies from the original analogue tapes. The remastering – professionally competent, without any denoise filtering process applied – also uncovers previously hidden details of the interpretations. Thus, a sound of superior quality results. Only few performances, based on private recordings from broadcasts will be released for their rarity and high historical-artistic value.
DISTRIBUTION
Thanks to active distribution through RHINE CLASSICS' partners, our releases are available across the world. They can be bought in the traditional way at local shops or via internet outlets. Should a disc be unavailable at local retailers or online, it can be ordered via our webshop which ships CDs, to all countries worldwide.
TERMS OF SERVICE
RHINE CLASSICS is not responsible for customs charges, duties or taxes which may be applied to your shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Orders are mostly shipped out the next day from Taiwan. Generally observed shipment are: 4-10 days (Asia and Australia) 8-15 days (Europe) and 10-20 days for USA and South America. We provide worldwide shipping free of charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
RHINE CLASSICS thanks you for registering and creating your personal Account, but this is optional. We view your privacy as an important component of your customer experience and ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. RHINE CLASSICS guarantees to treat all customer information with the strictest confidence. We do not give or sell customer information to any third party. It is RHINE CLASSICS’ policy that personal information, such as your name, phone number and e-mail address is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to respond to your inquiries) and to compile RHINE CLASSICS' customer mailing list. RHINE CLASSICS never receives or holds any credit card billing information.
REFUND POLICY
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please send an email (enclosing a picture of the broken/defective item) to info@rhineclassics.com within 30 days. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.
