We view your privacy as an important component of your customer experience and ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. RHINE CLASSICS guarantees to treat all customer information with the strictest confidence. We do not give or sell customer information to any third party.
It is RHINE CLASSICS’ policy that personal information, such as your name, phone number and e-mail address is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to respond to your inquiries) and to compile RHINE CLASSICS' customer mailing list. RHINE CLASSICS never receives or holds any credit card billing information.

TERMS OF SERVICE
RHINE CLASSICS is not responsible for customs charges, duties or taxes which may be applied to your shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Orders are shipped on next Monday after your order. Generally observed shipment are 1 week for Asia and Australia, 2 weeks for Europe, U.S.A. and South America. We provide worldwide shipping free of charge.

REFUND POLICY
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please send an email to rhineclassics@gmail.com within 30 days. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund (once received back defective products).
